Your local council can assess your care needs and finances. If you're eligible, they may fund some or all of your care, or give you direct payments so you can choose your provider.
If someone's needs are mainly health-related, the NHS may fully fund their care. Eligibility is assessed by the NHS. Learn more on the NHS website.
Attendance Allowance is a benefit for people over State Pension age who need help because of illness or disability. It isn't means-tested and can help towards care costs.

We'll come to your home to get to know you: your routines, preferences, health, history and what a good day looks like for you. Family are very welcome to join. From there we write a personal care plan with you.
Absolutely. Needs change, and your care should too. We review care plans regularly and you can ask for changes whenever you need them.
Yes. With your loved one's agreement, we'll keep you updated and involve you in planning and reviews, so you always know how things are going.
We work hard to keep carers consistent, because familiar faces build trust. We'll introduce new carers properly rather than sending a stranger to your door.
We recruit for kindness, reliability and good values first. Every carer goes through careful recruitment, including background and reference checks, followed by training and ongoing support.
